MINICROSS – MOTOCROSS
The stage campus is organised according to levels: newcomers, practitioners, competitive riders. The aim is to pass on ‘MX’ off-road riding techniques to the participants, in order to improve the feeling with the bike and enable safe riding while having fun.
The course will be divided into classes and techno-didactic work levels with specific sectors to facilitate safe learning on a track reserved exclusively for schools. Appropriate teaching that emphasises group fun with the motorbike.
Various riding techniques, motorbike dynamics and biomechanics, posture, jumps, turns, and obstacles will be covered, and we will analyse the new ‘Headling‘ and ‘Whip‘ cross-training techniques used by American riders. Setting work on the bike, handlebars, levers, suspension, tyres and minor DIY bike maintenance will not be neglected.
Athletic trainers will also be present during the three-day stage to illustrate and improve the participants’ physical preparation. This stage is also recommended for enduro riders who want to improve their riding technique safely.
