MINICROSS – MOTOCROSS
The campus internship is organized by level: newcomers, practitioners, and competitive riders. It aims to teach participants off-road “MX” riding techniques, improving their
feeling on the bike and enabling safe riding while having fun.
The course will be divided into classes and levels of technical and educational work with specific areas to facilitate safe learning on the track reserved exclusively for the school. Appropriate instruction that emphasizes group fun on the bike.
We will cover various riding techniques, motorcycle dynamics and biomechanics, posture, jumps, turns, and obstacles, and we will analyze the new cross-training learning techniques “headling” and “whip” used by American riders.
We will also focus on setting up the bike, handlebars, levers, suspension, tires, and minor DIY motorcycle maintenance.
During the three-day course, athletic trainers will also be present to illustrate and improve participants’ physical preparation.
This course is also recommended for enduro riders who want to improve their riding technique safely.

Friday
2 p.m. : track meeting and start of the Breafing course.
7 p.m. : return to the hotel

Directions
Recommended route to the Santhià track: Take the Milan-Turin motorway, exit at Santhià. After the toll booth, turn right at the roundabout, heading towards Santhià. Continue straight on. Pass the San Massimo Hotel on your left. At the first roundabout, turn left towards Salussola. Follow the road. Once you have passed the motorway overpass, the track is on your left.
