The two- or three-day group internships are off-road full-immersions in Italian or foreign locations for beginners or experts, adults or children.<\/b><\/p>\n
The Stage is didactically aimed at improving and passing on riding technique, new off-road techniques to all riders by improving their safety, speed and feeling with the bike. The course will be divided into levels of coursework and sectors to best enhance learning and enjoyment. The following will be addressed: various riding techniques, posture, jumps, turns, obstacles, instructional exercises, suspension setting, bike mechanics and maintenance, athletic preparation, but also the new cross “handling” exercises and the “Scrab” jump used by American riders, not forgetting the children who will have to improve minicross.
